is about findings ways to take care of yourself regardless of what your current circumstances are.  Our stress levels fluctuate, and some factors are out of our control, but you can develop a habit of making choices that protect and promote your well-being.

 

In therapy you will identify ways to prioritize your emotional and physical well-being throughout your day and week.  Making deliberate choices to attend to our self-care reminds us that we have agency in stressful times.  Let's create a routine you can rely on.
