I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the San Francisco Bay Area.
I have over 13 years of experience helping clients overcome anxiety in all its forms: general anxiety and worry; panic attacks; phobias; OCD; social anxiety; and related conditions.

I also offer therapy to address issues that co-occur with anxiety including work around improving self-care, stress management, effective communication, and healthy boundaries.
